Venessa and Alex met on what otherwise would have been a typical night out with friends. Alex happened to bartend for Venessa and a group of her girlfriends who had gotten together over Christmas break, and I have a feeling he knew right when he saw her that she was someone special. He couldn’t muster up the nerve to ask her for her number, but luckily the other bartender did. Alex and Venessa had their first date on New Years Day, and it was the beginning of their story. Alex proposed to Venessa in front of a huge Christmas tree at the most magical place on earth: Disney World!

The family and friends that surrounded Venessa and Alex on their wedding day were all absolutely certain of one thing: these two belong together. Their speeches brought tears to our eyes and reminded us of how powerful love can be, and how incredible it is to find someone who complements you so well.
