Jenny beamed as Jacob walked towards her. The gravel under his feet crunched and you could almost feel both of their hearts pounding with excitement. Jacob walked to the side of the stone wall. Then, they grabbed hands. Jenny whispered the sweetest “hi” and Jacob answered. They chose not to see one another before the ceremony, but that didn’t mean they couldn’t spend time together.

As they clutched hands and read their letters to one another, both held back tears. You could see their story from the beginning. First, Jacob meeting Jenny downtown and not being able to look away. Then, her getting away that night with no trace of a number or name to track her. Meeting again wasn’t coincidence but fate. Jenny leaving her phone “on accident” in his car was a choice 😉

The words spoken by their family and friends was full of certainty that these two belong together. When they began to speak about the love that Jenny and Jacob share, it was hard for them to get the words out without becoming emotional.

Each part of their relationship is full of intention, love, and joy. Jacob proposed on their anniversary by creating a scavenger hunt that included all of the important “firsts” in their relationship.
