Eagle River Wedding Wisconsin

Eagle River Wedding Wisconsin

August 24, 2019

Jessie was all smiles as she arrived at the church  in Eagle River on her wedding day. You see, she had seen some ducks on the way to get her hair done, and if you know Jessie, this was a sign that today was going to be a wonderful and magical day.

Jessie’s closest friends were full of giggles and jokes as they got ready for their best friend’s wedding day. The temperature outside was perfect and the skies were the prettiest blue. As Jessie’s mom and friends helped her step into her wedding dress, the emotions continued to build. Jessie’s dress was the perfect fairytale princess gown. She looked absolutely stunning!!

Three important men got to have a first look with Jessie: her father, her grandfather, and her soon to be husband. Each one was unique and special in it’s own way. Seeing her father walk towards her with his eyes closed brought on happy tears. As he turned around and saw his daughter for the first time on her wedding day, there wasn’t a dry eye to be found. Through giggles and tears he told her how happy he was.

Then it was time for her grandfather to see Jessie. He had requested to wear his Three Stooges tie on her wedding day, but she felt it wouldn’t be the best option 😉 As a surprise, she brought the tie with her for his first look. The sweetest part was when he said “I didn’t even notice the tie, I was too busy looking at how beautiful you are!!” Talk about the sweetest thing.

David was preparing to see his bride for the first time. As much as he is not a fan of being the center of attention, Jessie calms his nerves and brings the biggest smiles to his face. They each read a letter from one another before their first look, and Jessie proclaimed “His letter is wayyy better than mine!” Many people commented that David is very thoughtful about his words, and when he says something, he really means it. So I’m sure his letter was nothing short of incredible.

The ceremony was sentimental, the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious, the speeches were meaningful, but Jessie and David’s quiet love will stand out to me about this day. They seem to know each other to the core without saying a word. Enjoy our favorites from their wedding day.

Jessie + David, were are here cheering you on as you embark on this new journey as husband and wife. I know there will be many laughs, tears, and slow dances in your future, and hopefully lots of ducks, too! xoxo, Andrea + Cody
