A wedding at the Court Above Main can be many things, but the first thing I think of is: classy. Chelsea and Josh’s wedding was no exception! From the incredible lace and button details on Chelsea’s gorgeous dress, the head table decor, the chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, to the attitudes of everyone involved in this wedding, it was a day filled with elegance. The Court Above Main was the perfect venue for Chelsea and Josh’s wedding ceremony and reception.
I could have spent the entire day photographing Chelsea in her dress!! It complimented her so well! Chelsea’s maid of honor was brought to tears when the last button was buttoned and Chelsea transformed into a bride. These moments are so special, and I’m honored to be a part of them!
The Court Above Main is filled with details that add history and elegance. One of those details being their balcony and grand staircase. Chelsea chose this special spot for their first look, and it was hard not to burst from emotion seeing her slowly and gracefully walk down the stairs to see Josh for the first time. It was straight out of a fairytale!! All Josh could do was open his mouth in surprise and then scoop his girl up for a kiss.
Let’s talk about Chelsea and Josh and what type of people they are. From the second Josh walked into the venue, he was greeting people with huge smiles. He was commenting on how amazing the flowers looked, how great the venue coordinators were doing at decorating, he was excited to see Cody and I. From the moment I walked into the salon to see Chelsea and her girls, she was offering me breakfast, making sure I had what I needed, and full of smiles. Chelsea and Josh couldn’t be any sweeter! They are encouragers who lift others up, and two people who don’t really like the attention to be all on them. But how they deserved the love and compliments that they received from all of their guests on their wedding day.
