Before their La Crosse Fall engagement session, Micah emailed me this. “We love going on walks with our dogs, snuggling while watching our favorite shows and we love the Packers. We always make time to watch their games together…even though Sam screams really loud sometimes. That is one of many things I love about Sam, she is passionate about everything she does, even supporting the Packers.” Those were words Micah wrote to me in the inquiry email I received months ago. Nothing makes me swoon more than a guy who praises his girl and is in awe of her interests and talents.

It is so obvious that these two have a love that goes deep. Micah and Sam have a quiet way of knowing each other’s thoughts. They were such a joy to be with. From the moment we started taking their photos, their personalities shined through the images. It’s like you can feel their joy just by looking at the pictures!! By the time we got to the La Crescent lookout, they were comfortable in front of the camera. Cody and I had so much fun coaching them through new and silly poses. Micah and Sam rocked it and looked absolutely amazing! I love the intimacy that is so powerful it can be felt through photos.

We wondered around downtown and got chilled at the La Crescent lookout. We didn’t run out of things to talk about! And Micah and Sam never stopped looking ridiculously in love with each other. Enjoy our favorites from their beautiful fall engagement session!
