November 2, 2020
The chandeliers and lights twinkled in the ballroom of this Chivaree on Park wedding as the sounds of guests laughing and mingling filled the hall. Outside, the air was chilly but the sun was finally peaking out of the clouds. Before Corinne and Jason made their grand entrance, we snuck them away for a few more photographs with us. The sun was shining through the beautiful red fall leaves, and these two couldn’t be happier to finally be Mr. and Mrs.!
Corinne and Jason started the day with their closest friends and family, each enjoying the morning but looking forward to being together. Their ceremony at St. Paul’s in Waukesha was beautifully intimate. My favorite part was seeing the two of them sitting together on the altar throughout the readings. Every so often, Corinne would look at Jason and smile. Then, Jason would look at Corinne and smile. It felt so sweet and cozy for the two of them to be together during this time.
After the ceremony, the wedding party traveled to Lapham Peak, where we found a glorious tree that was almost begging us to take pictures in front of it. I am choosing to think that this tree held on to its leaves tight, just so we could use it as a beautiful backdrop to Corinne and Jason’s photos together. It was cold, but that didn’t stop this group from having fun and being there for each other. Anytime Corinne needed to be warmed back up, her sister and groomsmen were waiting with blankets and hugs!
The reception took place at Chivaree on Park. The energy and the joy of this wedding day celebration was truly unforgettable! Both Corinne and Jason have families that live present in each moment and who aren’t shy about showing their emotions. Corinne’s sister Caelee and Jason’s brother Nate had the crowd of family in friends cheering, laughing, and crying during their speeches. Watching Corinne’s mom Melissa as Corinne and her father danced to their first dance together was so precious. You could tell she was so happy and grateful for this moment!
Cody and I loved each moment of this beautiful wedding day. Enjoy our favorite images from Corinne and Jason’s Chivaree on Park Wedding!
