If you haven’t been to Kohler Andrae State Park in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, I think this blog post will convince you it is a must!! Kohler Andrae was the perfect fit for Logan and Taryn’s engagement session. The beach and dune vibes complemented their laid back and playful relationship, and you can’t even tell we were all pretty much freezing the entire session!! I couldn’t stop smiling behind the camera, Logan and Taryn made it so much fun to capture their love.

Logan and Taryn met while studying at Michigan Tech University. They are one of many couples who met during Covid, which always lends to a really interesting story! I have mentioned it before, but I love hearing from our couples who met during the Pandemic, because they had to get so creative in order to meet and date during that time. Logan and Taryn met online, and waited a few months before ever meeting in person (though I’m sure Logan would’ve jumped at the chance to meet her before then, haha!). On their first date, they spent hours driving around simply talking about anything and everything. They both commented that this was one of the things they appreciated most about each other- the fact that they could connect easily and effortlessly.

Finding that they both had similar values and goals for their lives, they decided to continue to date. Over the years they’ve lived in Texas together, added a new pup to their little family, and next year they will say “I do!” in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Cody and I are eager to celebrate with them, their wonderful families, and their party of 18 bridesmaids and groomsmen! We know it is going to be a beautiful wedding day!
